Inventory Management – Stocking, Inspection & Sourcing

In our 22,000 SQ FT warehouse, we maintain in-house stock of many of the parts our customers need on a regular basis. These parts are sourced from OEMs and PMAs from around the world and all go through a rigorous inspection process to ensure highest quality and DFAR compliancy. With our stocking programs, including inventory reporting, setting economic order quantities (EOQ) and designing reorder points, we can guarantee that we have the product you need, when you need it.

Product Kitting

We provide kitting solutions that are customized to adapt to our customer requirements. This includes custom barcodes, RFID tags and special packaging. Each kit comes with full traceability of each part and test reports, if required. We make sure that you have what’s needed, where it’s needed, when it’s needed for a wide range of product kits, including B & C check kits for most major aircraft.

Rotable Exchanges

Rotable Exchanges

We provide a customized exchange program that provides rotable exchanges on either a contract basis or flat rate. We offer our entire rotable inventory on an exchange basis. In some cases, we can offer “Flat Rate Exchange” so there are no unexpected overhaul charges following the exchange transaction. You will always know the total cost upfront prior to placing your order. Mackenzie will supply the components and all you pay for is the overhaul charge to return your core to overhauled conditions.

We provide shipping throughout the world. We are experts at getting the parts where you need them, without the hassles of completing custom forms; determine ITAR or US Commerce requirements for licenses and ECCN part determination. We will also determine HS code/Schedule B classifications for each product shipped. Let us help you move your product around the world.
